2012-2021 IBC Update

Description: This seminar will review the major changes from the 2012 to 2021 editions of the International Building Code. The background behind many of the changes will be discussed to provide the participant with an understanding of the intent of the changes and how to apply it to their everyday work. Subjects covered in the class will include the allowable height and area calculations, mass timber, occupied roofs, distilleries, fire sprinkler requirements, accessibility, plumbing fixture requirements, and much more.
