Building Plan Review & Inspection

The team here at SCA is comprised of licensed architects; structural, civil & mechanical engineers; and ICC certified plans examiners and inspectors that are able assist with all code compliance construction concerns. Our qualified staff has reviewed several types of construction, occupancy/uses, as well as dynamic energy engineered systems over the years. We are able to assist with in-person staffing, electronic plan reviews, or virtual inspections as determined by the local jurisdiction, and encourage designers and developers to contact us for pre-design code discussions to reduce the need for larger revisions.
