Shums Coda associates completed the plan review for the new $22 mil City Hall located on Fountain Square Drive. The 35,000 sq. ft., single-story City Hall will provide office space for 65 employees who previously were housed in four separate buildings. The new hall will also feature about 5,000 square feet of solar panels on the roof.
