Phase I of the DXATC New Permanent Campus building will be located at the old airport site will consist of approximately 178,000 square feet, with professional programs located in the east wind and industrial programs in the west wing. Planned as part one of a four phase build out over the next 25 years the campus will grow to over 450,000 square feet. Structures will vary in height from single story three stories and constructed of steel framing, masonry and concrete.
