Located at the Dixie State College Campus in St. George, Utah. Construction consisted of an approximately 170,000 square foot, 5-story building. Landmark provided the geotechnical investigation and construction materials testing report. The investigation consisted of drilling boreholes and logging subsurface soils, laboratory testing (including swell/collapse tests), and providing recommendations regarding site earthwork and foundation design. The construction materials testing and special inspection services partial to earthwork, geopiers, portland cement concrete, structural steel and welding, masonry, and fire proofing.
